Diploma or certification verified
A state diploma, federation qualification or recognised coaching certification, produced in original and checked.
Verified coaches
Independent, qualified coaches, vetted one by one, who travel to your home, your gym or outdoors — and who also coach over video call anywhere in Morocco. Read their background, their specialities and the areas they cover, then contact the one who fits directly.
No coach is listed in this city yet. Write to us: we will tell you quickly whether a coach can travel there, or set you up with online coaching in the meantime.
Choosing well
We would rather run a short, verified directory than an impressive but uncheckable catalogue: every coach listed here has been met in person. Two coaches can hand you exactly the same programme and get radically different results. What makes the difference is the ability to correct a movement at the right moment, to dial the intensity down on the day you are exhausted, and to make you come back the following week. That is fieldwork and relationship, not a spreadsheet.
That is why we do not run an open directory. Every coach in the network is met, their diplomas and experience verified, and their profile states their speciality honestly: a combat sports specialist is not the best choice for lower back rehabilitation, and the other way round.
Take the time to read the profiles below: background, specialities, formats offered, languages spoken and districts covered are all there. If you are torn between two, write to us — we know their availability and how they work.
Vetting
A profile only goes live after these five checks.
A state diploma, federation qualification or recognised coaching certification, produced in original and checked.
At least two years actually coaching one-to-one, with identifiable clients — not just a theoretical qualification.
We call former clients to check punctuality, quality of follow-up and ability to adapt.
The coach must know how to handle a reported pain, adapt a session, and recognise when something belongs with a doctor.
Responsiveness between sessions, clear instructions, and the ability to explain why each exercise is there.
What you get
Whichever coach you pick, these are the minimum.
History, pain, actual level, availability: no serious programme is built without this step.
A weight, a waist measurement, a rep count, a distance: something you can check again in six weeks.
A session advertised at 60 minutes runs 60 minutes, warm-up and cool-down included.
To ask about an exercise, report a pain, or move an appointment.
Price per session, pack price, any travel supplement, cancellation terms: all of it should be said before the first session.
A good coach will send you to a doctor rather than push through a pain they cannot explain.
Before you book
The first conversation is as much for you as for the coach. These questions head off most of the bad surprises.
Nobody is excellent at everything. A coach who confidently answers "all of it" should give you more pause than one who states their focus plainly.
The answer has to be concrete: measurements, photos, loads recorded, tests repeated every six weeks. "We'll see how it goes" is not a method.
A competent coach adapts, offers a variation, and knows when the question is beyond their remit.
Price per session, discount on packs, travel supplement, cancellation policy. Get all four spelled out.
Real coaching assumes work on your side: daily walking, sleep, food, a session on your own. Better to know from the start.
FAQ
Selection, qualifications, travel, payment: what you ask us most before booking.
Every candidate is met in person, their diplomas checked in original, and we call former clients before anything is published. We also check they can adapt a session when a pain is reported. A profile whose references do not hold up does not appear on the site.
Yes, at any time and without justification. You are under no contract with Zora Fitness: write to us and we will suggest another profile available in your city. It is a normal situation — the coach-client relationship matters as much as technical skill.
All of them hold a coaching diploma or certification that we verify. On professional liability insurance, each coach works independently: ask them directly for their certificate during the first conversation. It is a legitimate question and they should be able to answer it.
Our listed coaches currently work in person in Marrakech and its wider area. For Casablanca, Rabat or another city, write to us: we look for a coach on the ground and will tell you honestly if there is not one yet. Online coaching, on the other hand, is available immediately anywhere in Morocco and from abroad.
Yes. Our coaches work in French and in Moroccan Arabic (darija); several also run their sessions in English, which suits expats and visitors passing through. State your preferred language in your request.
Yes, it is common in Marrakech. Short formats run from a single session to a pack of five to ten spread over one to three weeks. The coach comes to your riad, hotel or residence, as long as around four square metres are available.
Yes, subject to the venue's permission. Most riads and residences have no issue with a session in the patio, on the roof terrace or in the on-site gym. Just let reception know before the first session.
Directly with your coach, on the terms you agree with them: cash, bank transfer or mobile payment. Zora Fitness takes no commission on your sessions and stores no banking details. Ask for a receipt if you need one.
Tell us your goal, your neighbourhood and when you are free: we will tell you which one fits best, and whether they have room.
